Transmission 002 · Signal Log

An institution, built to look like one.

House of CorpoRights is a legal retainership and corporate compliance firm — not a template law office. It needed a mark and a system that carried the weight of a seal, not a startup logo.

The Brief

House of CorpoRights offers legal retainership and corporate compliance advisory — employment and labour law, HR compliance, POSH implementation, and on-call advisory to management. Its leadership panel includes a retired High Court judge and two practicing advocates.

The brief was not to look "modern." It was to look permanent — an institution a founder would trust with risk, not a vendor competing on price.

What We Shaped

Four layers, one institution.

01 / STRATEGY

The Legal Architect.

Positioned not as a service provider but as the architect of corporate order — "Sovereign Compliance" as the value proposition, stoic and precise as the voice.

02 / IDENTITY

A seal, not a logo.

An HOCR monogram built from a column form, in high-contrast serif — carried onto letterpress-style business cards and a watermarked letterhead.

03 / PRESENCE

Quiet, on every channel.

Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and a WhatsApp community — a consistent institutional presence for a firm that doesn't need to shout.

04 / SYSTEMS

Structure behind the scenes.

Early groundwork on AI-assisted workflow and content structuring, so the firm's advisory and content systems can scale without losing precision.

The Palette

Parchment, ink, and heritage gold — the colors of contracts and marble, not corporate blue. A separate black/white/red system is reserved only for the firm's LinkedIn awareness campaigns.

Midnight Ink
Heritage Gold
Oxblood
Campaign Red

The campaign red is used sparingly — one highlighted phrase per post, never a full block — to keep the institutional identity from reading as a marketing feed.

The Work

Stationery that carries weight.

Leadership Panel

The identity had to hold the weight of the people behind it.

Where It Lives

Present, without performing.

Outcome

What the signal carries.
